Refund Policy

Integrity Outdoor Services – Refund Policy Effective Date: 04/29/2025

At Integrity Outdoor Services, we take pride in delivering exceptional lawn care services. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we aim to provide fair and transparent solutions for refund requests.

Service Cancellations & Refunds

  • Advanced Cancellation: If a service appointment is canceled at least [Insert Time Frame, e.g., 24-48 hours] before the scheduled date, the client is eligible for a full refund.

  • Same-Day Cancellation Upon Arrival: If a cancellation occurs after our team has arrived at the property, a $10 fee will be applied to cover travel and scheduling costs.

  • Weather-Related Cancellations: Services may be rescheduled due to inclement weather. Refunds will not be issued for weather-related delays, but we will make every effort to complete the service at the next available opportunity.

Unsatisfactory Service Resolution

  • If a client is dissatisfied with the quality of the service, they must report the issue within [Insert Time Frame, e.g., 24 hours] of completion.

  • Depending on the circumstances, Integrity Outdoor Services may offer a complimentary redo of the service or a partial/full refund.

  • Refunds will not be granted for issues resulting from client negligence, such as failure to clear obstacles or unreported hazards.

 

Prepaid & Package Services 

  • Refunds on prepaid seasonal packages or bundled services will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • If a package is canceled before completion, a prorated refund may be issued based on services already rendered.

Non-Refundable Deposits

  • Integrity Outdoor Services is not responsible for damage caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather, client negligence, or unreported obstacles.

  • If unreported hazards (e.g., concealed rocks, tree roots, sharp objects) cause equipment damage or delays in service, an additional hazard fee of [$X] may be charged.

  • To request a refund, the client must contact us via:
