Terms & Conditions

• Ensure the property area is clear of debris, toys, hoses, or obstacles before service.

• Provide access to the property during scheduled service times.

• Notify the company promptly of any concerns or changes.

• Failure to comply may result in fees or refusal of service.

• The company reserves the right to refuse service if client responsibilities are not met.

• A [$X] fee will be applied for cancellations upon arrival.​

Company Responsibilities

​The company agrees to:

• Deliver high-quality services professionally and efficiently.

• Arrive on agreed dates.

• Communicate schedule changes in advance.

• Provide necessary equipment and dispose of clippings per service agreements.​

Liability

The company is not liable for damage caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Weather conditions

• Client negligence

• Factors beyond our control

• Clients must notify the company of any hidden obstacles, such as:

• Sprinklers

• Rocks

• Unseen obstacles​

Indemnification Clause

The client agrees to indemnify and hold the company harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the client’s failure to meet their responsibilities, including but not limited to unreported hazards (e.g., hidden sprinklers, rocks).​

Damage Clause

The company will not be liable for accidental damage to items left on the property (e.g., garden ornaments, outdoor furniture) that should have been removed before service.​

Hazard Fee Clause

If unreported hazards (e.g., concealed tree roots, sharp objects) cause equipment damage or service delays, an additional hazard fee of [$X] will be charged to the client.​

Service Interruption Clause

Services may be delayed or canceled without penalty due to:

• Unsafe weather conditions

• Property access issues

• Other uncontrollable factors The client will be notified promptly if an interruption occurs.

Force Majeure Clause

The company is not responsible for delays or inability to perform services due to events beyond its control, including:

• Natural disasters

• Labor strikes

• Government-imposed restrictions​

Dispute Resolution Clause

Any disputes arising under this agreement will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of [Your State].

Non-Payment Clause

Failure to pay invoices within 5 days may result in:

Photography Consent

The company requests the client’s permission to take photographs of the property for the following purposes:

• Documenting the condition of the property before and after services.

• Maintaining service records.

• Marketing and promotional use (e.g., website, social media, brochures).

• Privacy Considerations:

• Photos will focus on the property and lawn care work performed.

• No personal details (e.g., house numbers, identifiable features) will be included unless expressly permitted.

• The client agrees that the company retains ownership of these photos and may use them as stated above.

The client may withdraw consent for promotional use by providing written notice.
